Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnsan Hüquqları üzrə Müvəkkili (Ombudsman) Səbinə Əliyeva Ermənistan tərəfindən əsir götürülmüş Azərbaycan hərbçilərinin qanunsuz olaraq azadlıqdan məhrum edilmələrinə etiraz edib.
Ombudsman Aparatından Trend-ə verilən məlumatda deyilir:
“2023-cü il aprel ayında Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının Şahbuz rayonunun Ermənistanla sərhədboyu ərazisində Azərbaycan Ordusunun itkin düşmüş və Ermənistan tərəfindən əsir götürülmüş əsgərləri Bəbirov Aqşin Qabil oğlu və Axundov Hüseyn Əhliman oğluna qarşı Ermənistanda qurulmuş saxta “məhkəmə prosesi”ni və Aqşin Bəbirovun qanunsuz olaraq azadlıqdan məhrum edilməsini kəskin şəkildə pisləyirik.
İştirakçısı olduğu beynəlxalq sənədlərdə təsbit olunmuş normalara zidd olaraq azərbaycanlı hərbi qulluqçuları qəddarcasına işgəncələrə məruz qoyan Ermənistan indi də qondarma “məhkəmə prosesi” təşkil etməklə, beynəlxalq və prosessual normaları kobud şəkildə pozaraq onları qanunsuz olaraq azadlıqdan məhrum edib.
Daha əvvəl Ermənistanda hərbi qulluqçularımızın qanunsuz həbsi ilə əlaqədar tərəfimizdən beynəlxalq və regional təşkilatlara müraciət edilmişdir. Azərbaycan Silahlı Qüvvələrinin hərbi qulluqçusunun qeyri-insani rəftara və zorakılığa məruz qalması ilə bağlı Ermənistan mediasında yayımlanmış video və fotoların araşdırılması tələb olunmuş, bu məsələ ilə bağlı Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç Komitəsinin mərkəzi və Bakı ofisinə məktub ünvanlanıb.
Ermənistan tərəfindən keçirilmiş qondarma “məhkəmə prosesi”ndə verilmiş “qərarı” ədalətsiz hesab edir, azadlıq hüququnun kobud pozulmasına səbəb olan bu qərarın beynəlxalq hüququn norma və prinsiplərinə zidd olduğunu bildirir, əsgərlərimizin tez bir zamanda azad olunmasını tələb edirik.
Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnsan Hüquqları üzrə Müvəkkili olaraq, bütün beynəlxalq ictimaiyyəti əsirlikdə olan hərbçilərimizin tezliklə azad edilməsi üçün Ermənistana ciddi təsir və təzyiq göstərilməsinə, beynəlxalq hüququn norma və prinsiplərindən irəli gələn tədbirlərin görülməsinə dəvət edirəm”.
